Write about some of your school goals for the year? How will you reach them?

I have a few goals this school year. One of my school goals is to get better at math. I think I can reach this goal by doing my math homework and work hard in math. I wanna get better at play the keyboard. I can reach this goal by practicing ever night and working at my level. Another goal I want to complete is getting better at drawing. I can reach this goal by sketching everyday for as long as I would like.

Write about a place that you visited over the summer.

I visited Chicken, Alaska this summer. The story of Chicken is that the founder did not know how to spell ptarmigan so they called it Chicken. It was very fun and we did a lot of activities. One activity we did was swimming, there was a swimming whole where you could swim and we went there and swam with the fish. There was a strong current in one spot and it was like a slide.

Another fun activity we did was four wheeling there was a trail that went up a mountain. I saw two moose one squirrel and a lot of birds, but no ptarmigans. We also were camping in Chicken and the campsite was bigger then the town.

Chicken was fun and when we drove to the next campsite where we slept in a yurt. There was a cat that belonged to the campsite owners and it was a very friendly cat. My brothers and I walked under a bridge on the edge of the water where there was rocks to walk across under the bridge. Then I played pirates with my little brother Levi. Then we got home and the trip was over

This quote is fantastic! I like this quote because one determined person can make a little difference, but a SMALL group of determined people can change history. It is cool to think about it if you have a small group you can change the course of history, and just one person can make a little difference.

This quote also cool because if you really think about because you can slightly change history but if you have a small group of friends you and them can change the course of history. Just like Sonia Johnson said “One determined person can make a significant difference. A small group of determined people can change the course of history.”

I love this one because I believe kindness is a very important language. Also I believe everybody can hear and see kindness.  To me kindness means you don’t blurt what might hurt and you act nicely. Everybody can hear and see kindness even if they can’t hear or see.

My first week of school went GREAT! For my positives one is my little brother is now a kindergartener at SMCS. Also I have an amazing teacher Mr. Faris. I also love the Brain-Smart-Starts. Mr. Faris helped me learn a lot already in only one week. I only have one negative about the first week and that is that Nayeli is in Mrs. Moore’s class and I was hoping we would be in the same class.

One of my goals for this year is to learn my math facts.

A person I respect is my big sister Harlee. Even though Harlee moved out I lookup to her and respect her. For example she likes softball just like me. She introduced me to softball and helped me learn how to play. She also is nice to people, and she liked bead crafts just like I do. She taught me a lot about softball she taught me how to pitch and catch and throw the ball.
